We’ve spent all week anticipating the possibility of a little snow. All week we’ve heard that we should expect a few flurries…
But it doesn’t look like it will actually happen. I’m still holding out a little hope. Last year’s winter was so mild that I have craved a real winter this year. Crazy, I know.
It’s cold, and there’s rain…but it is not quite enough to turn to snow. And while the next several days will bring back the sun that hasn’t made an appearance in over a week, I’m just a little disappointed.
I’m going to soak up this cozy evening. The sun will be back tomorrow, and truth told, we could all use a little sun therapy.
Being a Florida girl and living in VA and NC, I craved those “chance of snow” days. Sorry you’ve just been teased this winter. There’s still time…..

We must be neighbors…I have been waiting for snow all winter with disappointment after disappointment. Sweet shot of your little one!!
Last night’s newman said snow was on the horizon….I’m waiting, but as I reminded #1, when they predict it, it usually doesn’t come. We seem to only get “surprise” strange front moved in over night and caught us off guard. I would love a little snow!

We had tons of rain and clouds and last hight hoped for snow. We got very little and it quickly melted. It was fun to watch a few flakes falling before I went to bed last night, but by morning it was mostly gone. At least the sun is out today!

I sure wish I could share a bit of snow with you!! We’ve had snow on the ground here since just after Christmas except two days this week when it finally melted. Then on Wednesday, we got more! it is fun for awhile, but now, i’m ready for spring!! love this photo of your little guy. beautiful lighting across his face.

What a beautiful photo! I’m with you, I would love to see snow for the winter, though there is something to be said for not having to slosh around in all that slush when it begins to melt.

We haven’t seen any “real” snow here, either. Or last winter. And even though I detest the messy aftermath, it sure would be nice to be able to get out there and play in it.
