I could have kicked myself for missing the first SHS of the year last week. I went to the mall in search of a winter coat on clearance, and I didn’t make it back before the sunset to capture the prompts.
And here it is 75 degrees in Georgia this weekend…so I can’t wear my coat. You just never know about a southern winter.
At any rate, I’m glad to be participating this week.
1. Outside:
My daughter found this flower growing in our garden…the result of these warming temperatures.
2. Backside:
The backside of a cat figurine. Not sure why my portrait oriented images are enormo!
3. Little Things:
Stationary for thank you notes. It is a little thing to do to show appreciation.
4. A cup of:
Coffee. In 2012 I became a bonafide coffee drinker after years of resistance.
5. Reflect:
I’ve been working on reflecting light this winter in our light challenged home.
Love the shadow in the starbucks cup! The envelope is so cheerful too!

That stationery pack is so pretty!! We have a Starbucks just down from where we live. I have not succumbed to their coffee yet, but I do love their green tea latte and their iced shaken spearmint tea.
