Little Things Thursdays

Welcome back to Little Things Thursdays! Have you all been as busy as I have?  Tis the season, I suppose!

I have been busy with photo sessions and editing like mad! I think I am finally 99% done with my Christmas Mini season.  I barely had time to get images for my own Christmas cards this year, and I almost scrapped the idea altogether.

Thankfully,  I found a pocket of time…and we had clothes for my husband’s upcoming company Christmas party!

These are some that I loved.

I even loved the bit of rainbow flare going on in the corner.

Perhaps you saw this yesterday, but I love it.  It was really the only image of him that I liked.  He was harder to capture this day.  Truth told, this image had some chromatic aberration with so much yummy light available.  I felt a little panicky because I loved his expression.  A black and white conversion redeemed the image!  I’m totally mixing color and black and whites this year…and hopefully that works!

This isn’t the image of Gracyn that I’m using, but I love it!

The light was simply gorgeous this late afternoon.  A total swoon.

Your turn! Let’s see what you have been shooting this week!

  3. Oh Kim, these are wonderful . . . people are something I’m not so good at, but almost all of my photo-heart connections are of people? And mostly their backs are to me…I think there is a message in there somewhere! haha

    Have a great weekend!!

  4. Good for you for carving out a wee bit of time for photos of your own peeps this year. As for me, nope; I couldn’t find the time. So this year’s card used photos from earlier this year. Oh well, at least I’ll be sending them.
