Little Things Thursday

Welcome back to Little Things Thursday!  I’m sitting in my bedroom working on this post to the tune of 75 degrees.  I think I hear the hallelujah chorus playing in the distance.  Spring warmth is here!

I’ve been working on changing out wardrobes, which is no small feat.  And I actually cleaned my bedroom today!  I’m not normally messy, but the busy of the past few months made my room a pit.  Because life has been a whirlwind of sessions, editing, and trying to right the wrongs of my house, I’m going to share a bit more of my daughter’s recent impromptu session.

I also work just thinking to clean up the mess of winter…

  3. oh look at your gorgeous little girl Kim! She’s growing so fast! So pretty! I can’t believe your weather – we are still freezing and 5 degrees here! Sitting here in my sweats all bundled up with heavy socks and slippers till! BUT – it was 65 on tuesday!! But back to 35 today!

  4. 75 degrees!! We are nowhere near that yet. We may hit 50 today but there will be an ocean breeze to go along with it. I need to clean my bedroom too.

  5. Simple and brilliant and beautifully done. I have assigned myself one room per week to MAJOR clean. I feel like we’ve lived like bears this winter and the house is evidence of our grumpy / semi-hibernated disposition. (don’t even get me started on the work that awaits me outside – ugh!)

  6. 75!! We hit 55 yesterday and it was AMAZING!!

The pics of G are amazing!! She is stunning – impromptu or not – amazing.

I was going to say that I sang the Halleluja Chorus when we hit 55…but I see Tamar already took care of that bit of news! She’s such a lovely young lady…and your photos are true treasured. I love that she’s staying connected to you though “tween-age” … these beautiful photos should help remove some of the awkwarness of this age!

  12. You always WOW me with how you are able to capture the light in your shots. Fabulous.

  13. I’ll try posting without the website. Your daughter is a lovely young lady. Wonderful images. Spring and warmer weather sends me into declutter mode. I run around each room deciding where to start, then back to the kitchen and a glass of ice tea. I’ll start on the clutter eventually! Ha! Thanks for hosting!

  14. Photos full of delicacy , very interesting tunes!

Trying to get some spring cleaning/decluttering done here too. But first gotta get those pesky taxes done. I’m never this late getting them finished!
