The bird a nest, the spider a web, man friendship- William Blake

I’m thankful for the true friendships that God has given our children over the years. I’m thankful for their encouragement, and those that seek to keep them looking upward.  Rare gems are these.

I couldn’t miss the opportunity to capture one such sweet relationship yesterday!

As hubby commented yesterday: Girls sure do giggle a lot.

  5. Oh, these are darling! Dear friends are one of the most important assets our children can have on the journey, particularly (I think- a little behind you on this one) as they move through their adolescent years. I’m sure these two benefit each other mutually!

  7. Friendship is a rare gem… one we have lacked in with our kids since we have two strikes again us… we move a lot, and then we homeschool. It’s been hard for my kids to establish long lasting friends. But I just told them the other day, I know God has one for them. Love these photos.
