My husband bought me a variety of egg cups for my birthday since I have been enjoying this little European style breakfast lately.
Soft boiled eggs, toast cut into soldiers, and OJ are favorites in the morning. Coffee comes after.

I have never gotten into soft boiled eggs. In Israel the breakfasts at hotels are very very European. I remember thinking I was taking hard boiled eggs and was shocked when I smashed into it!
